In 2011, Dr. Ashley Pinckney came to the decision that she wanted to launch a new boutique dentist concept offering high quality, accessibly priced dentistry. We were approached to create a brand identity for Creative Smiles Family Dentistry, alongside a range of consumer facing collateral on and offline.
Dentistry Done Our Way
Creative Smile's proposition, 'Creating healthy and beautiful smiles for life' refers to the fact that Creative Smiles foundation is that everyone can experience a healthy dental experience as opposed to a mass production line feel.
Our work encompassed a strategic positioning piece, where we worked with Creative Smiles to interrogate every aspect of the offer in order to create a highly differentiated brand that has both credibility and cut-through in a highly crowded market.
A complete visual and verbal identity
We then delivered a visual identity and a tone of voice that was applied across multiple consumer touchpoints, both in the dental office (Brochure, signage, interiors graphics) and in the brand's marketing collateral on and offline (website, social media pages, direct marketing pieces).
Care was taken to ensure that each item was infused with Creative Smiles's sleek personality, whether this was an appointment card dessert, or the brand representation throughout the office - subtle.
The identity itself features a bespoke typeface crafted to embody Creative Smiles core values.
The first Creative Smiles Family Dentistry destination openened in Houston, TX in August 2011, and we continue to work with the brand as they continue their growth strategy thoughout the city.
